I get the extra small as the trousers are quite generous in the leg, apart from the waistband. The waistband is quite tiny so I fold it over and rest it on my hips so it is not tight around my belly. All in all I would definitely definitely buy this again (and have!) due to the great washability, the colour doesn?t fade and material does not crease.

Lovely and light, hair doesn't stick at all, the 2pocket are very handy but they need to be hemmed, I usually take a 31" length but I think these were about 35" for the waist size, then they have to be narrowed at the bottom to the knee otherwise they are far too wide, wish they could be made a little smaller as getting them altered left them very expensive
